Very expensive and staff where not helpful when I didn't want to renew my insurance. They kept sending me letters and emails asking me to renew when I repeatedly called to notify them that I simply want to cancel. I won't recommend Insure Your Motor to my worse enemy.

The advisor JayJay was really helpful and should be a role model for all other colleagues, he handled the call really well and adjusted his vocabulary to suit mine while maintaining his professionalism. Very helpful and managed to convince me to get insured with your company. A pleasure to speak to.

i have been with i/y/m for 6 years and if i had more time to shop around i would have gone elsewhere,my first reason is when i changed my car on top of the annual fee i was charged Β£112,ridiculous,secondly on the date of my next year starting i get an email demanding i give information that wasn,t asked for on renewal a month earlier(i was told everything was fine at the time)or my insurance will be invalid,not the first time either. I don,t for one minute think i am the only one this happens to but i do expect better,

I WOULD PREFER TO HAVE MY RENEWAL PAPERS SENT BY POST, AS I DO NOT HAVE A PRINTER AND AS I AM OF THE OLDER GENERATION I LIKE TO SIT AND READ THE PAGES, AS MY EYESIGHT IS NOT AS GOOD AS IT WAS, I FIND IT DIFFICULT TO READ ON MY LAPT TOP. I DON'T DO A LOT OF DRIVING AND I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO SEE A LOWER PRICE FOR THE INSURANCE, I HAVE NEVER HAD OR CAUSED AN ACCIDENT. I AM HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE AND THE LADY I SPOKE WITH WAS VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. THANK-YOU FOR THE SERVICE OVER THE YEARS.
