“Very dissatisfied with your service. Having purchased various insurance online over very many years I have ALWAYS had access to my documents within minutes. You have taken the money but have not even followed up with a confirmation that the insurance was in place. I was even having doubts about being scammed! It took a phone call to find out that the documents were being posted to me - over a week later and they still have not arrived!”

Hello Leeanne. It’s Samantha here from Insure Your Motor. I am sorry you were dissatisfied with our service. I have asked our complaints Manager to look into this for you. She has advised me that they have emailed duplicate documents to you today and have also posted them for your convenience. The original set was posted to you on the 29th April 2016. “I was having extreme difficulty insuring my car as my previous insurer cancelled my policy due to failure to send the correct documents. It was ridiculous what they were asking for as they had been my insurer for years. Once I explained my situation to Anthony @ insure your motor he did an amazing job and did everything he could to help me and fight my corner. He was brilliant”
