Charging me more for an amendment that was the insurance companys fault numerous dates wrong on my policy having to wait 5 days just for a cover not to say i was insured when i was told id recive it within an hour

They got my D.O.B wrong and had to get new insurance but it takes 40days to get my deposit back so I can't afford no new insurance

I've actually cancelled this policy and found a cheaper offer with Direct Line. I have been driving a company car claim free for 5 years and while I understand not all companies provide discount on this basis (direct line do), insure your motor actually penalise for it. The quote rose from £1500 to more than £2000 because I disclosed this, they gave me some BS about how they give discount assuming I was a named driver on another policy (which I was too) but driving a company car negates this. I took the policy because I needed it at the time but cancelled the next day when Direct Line beat your original quote. Also I couldn't really stomach the idea of £3000 excess, if you're that cowboy with your quotes, I'd really hate to deal with your claims dept.

I WAS NEW TO THE COUNTRY AND WAS BRUTALLY CHARGED FOR A SMALL CAR LIKE FORD FIESTA ALTHOUGH MY DRIVING LICENCE WAS FROM SWITZERLAND AND NOT FROM ANY THIRD WORLD COUNTRY.ALTHOUGH I HAD YEARS OF DRIVING EXPERIENCE I WAS TOLD I AM THREAT AS I COME FROM A COUNTRY WHERE THEY DRIVE OPPOSITE SIDE AS HERE IN THE UK.MY CONCERN IS ..WHAT ABOUT THOUSANDS OF BRITISH TOURISTS WHO DRIVE TO EU EVERY YEAR.IN MY OPINION THREAT ARE THOSE YOUNG DRIVERS WHO DRIVE OUT OF PUBS ON WEEKENDS.ALMOST 3200 POUNDS A YEAR FOR INSURANCE OF A FIESTA IS NOT JUSTIFIED WHERE AVERAGE YEARLY SALARIES ARE15,000 £.WITH THIS MAIL I JUST WANT TO COMPLAIN AGAINST THE EXISTING INSURANCE POLICIES AND NOT AGAINST ANY PARTICULAR COMPANY AS THESE MAKE PEOPLES LIFE MISERABLE AND BANKRUPT. I should have checked the reviews on google first! Poor communication! Rude staff! They do not check emails properly. Charge more then what was quoted on gocompare. I paid this then a month later they want more money for a claim i apparently didnt tell them about. I told them about it such liars!!!AVOID AT ALL COSTS

They are there just to take money off you, even if you want to cancel the policy, they would not do that. I wanted to cancel my policy but they want me to pay outstanding balance on my policy, even if i am no using any of the remaining months. They force to pay you the money, call center staff not really friendly. Be careful before you sign any of the docs as they would say that some other finance agency has already paid your yearly insurance in full and we collect yearly amount on monthly basis. Be ware from professional scammers.

I will never be using you guys again AND, adding a person onto the policy for two months and taking someone off cost 137 extra in admin fees. Aviva DONT CHARGE! Disgusted by the service and the charges!!

The broker did not inform me about any interests i need to pay, i was told one price over the phone yet i have another on paper - obviously more than expected. I am very disatisfied

Hi,I have an accident on 2/8/2016 ,it's was my fault,and I the xs direct insurance call me said that I have to pay for the third party claim up to 3000£ on my policy,and when I took out my policy insure your motor didn't sent me any documents policy,I am very disappointed in your company,my regards is w333tel

Lied to over and over , had my deposit and first month insurance taken because they mislead me to believe I had more time to prove my address as I had only just passed my test . Wouldn't recommend to anybody unless u can afford to give away money at no expense.

I was quoted another customers quote, after paying a deposit of £320 and agreeing to my new policy, I received a phone call from the customer advisor I had been dealing with to tell me what he had done, he then gave me the figures that I should have been quoted and asked me if they were convenient (they were more than I had originally been quoted) and then expected me to pay more! Very poor customer advisor who I found very incompetent at his job role!!! What a bad start to a 12 month contract!

All of sudden you get a letter saying your insurance will be cancelled within 7days and no reason will be given along with that letter. Ridiculously poor service. I don't recommend because no will contact you by email or phone and they just send us threatening letters to home. Useless company.
