Very poor processing of my insurance, wrong documentation and not helpful staff. It has been 2 weeks now, my request to put a correct date of birth has been ignored. The only response I received is "you have to call them yourselves"

Fake advisors that work for several companies and have their company at their best interest, not the customer. Quoted me over 300 more after calling them to get insurance. Rip off, avoid at all costs

Insured myself, took the company over a week to Email me my documents, I got pulled over by the police and the vehicle was not even on the insurance data base. Had great difficulty proving I was insured. Not happy with the service I have received.

I've been trying to cancel my insurance for a week now. I've spent more than 10 pounds now holding on the phone. The only thing left for me to do is to cancel my direct debit and contact my lawyer now.

This is the worst company, I have ever had the misfortune to use. It is virtually impossible to get hold of anyone, they never ring back, they don't send you your insurance documents via email or post. Then have the bloody nerve to issue a letter, informing you that your insurance is not finalised and you have seven days to send them additional information. If you don't, they will charge you their admin costs. Rip off comes to mind! The charges would seem acceptable to me. Except, I was out of the country on business. So, I was not aware that there was a issue, until I returned home to find a letter. No telephone message on my mobile, no email. Absolutely nothing! Then, I try to call to sort out the issue. You have no chance getting through as they are on half day or to busy! Quite frankly, you have more chance in meeting the pope that get through to this lot! Unbelievable service, from a second rate insurance company/ broker. Unfortunately, I have to start looking at legal action.

Hello Nadia - Jonathan here from Insure Your Motor. If premiums have been paid to the insurer then it can take some time for the monies to come back to us. Usually, refunds are processed in much less time.

the rate you get online is not the same when you go for it, and it's doesn't work , you have to call the company to finish your application, and your rate is increased. Please improve your application online.

Totally rubbish , cancelled my insurance , paid in full , expecting a refund for 4 months left , was offered £21 back and was expecting roughly £500 , didn't even get that £21 nor anything back . Avoid this company they are money sucking people . It's theft they attack vulnerable people . If you have money to give for free insure your motor

If you bought your policy from us via Confused, they will send your Brian to you directly but it may take some time for it to arrive. Hi Arzu, I have checked our records and we have confirmed your purchase to Confused.com. You need to file your claim for the Brian Toy with Confused within 30 days of purchase and it can take up to 90 days for it to arrive. Hope that answers your query. Many thanks. Jonathan.

First of all getting a chance to speak to customer care is like winning a lottery, have already wasted my 150 to 200 mins of my Phone , as i waS ALWAYS KEPT ON HOLD. No body care to even call you back or scedule a call back. all what they need is money , once they have taken the money, the service is as crap as you cant even imagine. seriously one of the most annoying experience of my life. customer care is rubbish.

Very friendly and efficient service - no hesitation to recommend to family and friends. Cheers, Paul Above was my first impression - however, since then things have really gone downhill and the policy has been cancelled. The NCD I was able to supply was either as a named driver on a UK policy or 17 years coming from a European policy - this was not acceptable so the policy has been cancelled - I fully understand that many insurances don't accept this NCD under these conditions. We agreed to try to find other offers on this basis - however after a very long call, and repeating my details several times, the offer was 4 times higher - so when i said that I would look for alternatives, the agent just cut the line. At present I don't know if the agreement that the cover will continue to 10/11/2015 is still upheld, and what will now be reimboursed from my initial payment. Inaddition, over the last week I have sent several emails to insureyourmotor but they are never answered - only an autoated reply. I think that UK car insurers need to wake up and be customer friendly - in Europe what counts is the record as a driver (from what ever country) - they are turning away good business from low risk expats returning to UK.

I wish there was a lower rating. 1 star does not cut it. They are not interested in the right price for you, regardless of having a licence for more than 2,3 years etc. Their staff to be fair was not rude but they simply do not deliver nor tell the truth. On price, it's truly a waste of time, you are absolutely guaranteed you can get a much lower one yourself. There the staff lied to my face, assuring me this was the cheapest price I could get and I trusted them. They are very pushy and I would definitely urge anyone to absolutely stay away from them. They will even try and charge for a request to move the date you want the direct debit to go through even when they have made the mistake of putting the wrong day in the first place. I did get mine changed but not after I had a conversation with them that was not comfortable and felt like a telling off. Keep away from this lot if you can help it. If you there, cancel and go somewhere else, you better off. JT_Honest_Review

Their customer service is very poor. No regards to anyone. They wouldn't add someone up because the person is self employed (discrimination of the highest order)
