Terrible customer service on the phone. terrible waiting times for call backs, I waited two days and had to ring up myself then to be told someone would ring me back within the hour waited all day and no phone call returned so rings up again to be told he's left and no one to help me! Wouldn't reccomend these at all and I haven't even taking a policy with these!! Avoid where possible my advice

had to cancel insurance told me i have to wait forty days. i only had the new policy out for 4 hours and managed to lose 80 pounds for stupid admin fees etc. i called up to find out whats going on with refund, they told me they are waiting for mulsanne to refund the money back. called up mulsanne and they told me they cant give me information regarding my own insurance policy. poor help and guidance from both brokers

so very disappointed with this company from start to finish too many issues to mention i would be here forever from first selling the policy.... to now trying to claim on the policy i wish i would of read these reviews first

do not use this company, I got a quote and was happy until I was told that they could,nt insure me after they took my money, asked for refund and was told this will take up til 30 -40 days. 40 days have passed and still no refund, called to ask where my refund is and was told that it will now take 3-5 working days to clear in my bank. it took 5 mins to take my money and over a month to pay back, £236.00 I cant just put on hold and wait for, could,nt get insurance anywhere else because they had my money?

I got car insurance on the 17/06/16 but cancelled on the 18/06/16 my nan passed away after 20 or 21 and a half hours and sent a email stating I need the money returned to help pay for my nans funeral which is on the 8 of this month but now I have to take out a loan I keep sending emails as to when my money will be returned but has had no reply now all I ask is a confirmation as to when my money will be returned and no one reply which is distressing as I have to also care for my brother who is mentally ill where is the respect!!

If you are reading this please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..Run for the hills!! 1. Charged me £1.00 per minute after calling them to pay after website wouldn't take my card payment 2. Kept me on hold for 20 Mins 3. Premium went up by nearly £60 from online quote 4. Tried to charge me £170 to cancel after 2 months after I paid deposit of £140 plus 2 instalments of £60 5. They failed to inform their credit suppler that I had cancelled and are asking for my "missed" monthly payment PLUS £30 charge. I am shortly writing to the Insurance Ombudsman.

The salesperson gave me complete false information about what I was about to take and I called the company five times over two weeks and nobody ever called back terrible customer service and a very terrible experience dealing with this company

Do not go with insure your motor they are cons first of all i was paying nearly £400 insurance a month, fair enough charged me think 600 deposit, then for cancellation fee was nearly 1k. if you do go with this company you regret is as much as me. i am so pi**ed off to say the least. i really wish no one will go with this company please dont, pay the extra with a proper insurance company not with these muppets. They are worse than criminals. and i only took my policy out with then for 6months. Never have i seen a company as bad as this you will be digging your self into a big finance issue with these lot.

They don't seem to have a clue as to what is going on, keep ringing and asking for irrelevant forms and still send them.have only spoken to one person who was any good. Have since charged an extra £69 for admin fee. Can't recommend this company at all

I took insurance out for a car that I was purchasing.. The sale fell through so therefore did no loner need the insurance. The policy was not even out for 24hrs and I was charged £50 cancellation fee so I lost £50 in 3hrs which is a joke. Not only I lost money but the £50 refund will now take upto 40days to get back into my bank account which just tops it all off. It's safe to I won't be gettin lg any insurance through you again.

Charges need to be fully and clearly explained so customers can understand what they r buying. Small prints are not a way forward to win customers and instead word of mouth ends up destroying your business for misselling.

when I made my purchase I was automatically sent my insurance documents without asking for them or told to print them off myself . This policy is forcing me into bankruptcy . I do not have any ccjs against me and although I have now permanently emigrated I still don't want your finance company to distort my reputation in the financial world, I have asked for my policy to be cancelled and because theirs a claim against my policy I'm told until this is closed I will have to continue to pay. This is extortion my ombudsman has informed and legally advised me that this is going to take a little time to clear up but also promised me personally that it will be made public and the company involved will be investigated.

not even worth one star quoted £1212 online said phone back in 50 mins no call after 2 hours then said they was busy and would get a call back in 5 mins which was a hour and they trippled the price £3500

Pathetic liars. Lie about the quote and then they increase the actual quote. Then accuse the buyer that they have entered the wrong details. Avoid

Very dissatisfied with your service. Having purchased various insurance online over very many years I have ALWAYS had access to my documents within minutes. You have taken the money but have not even followed up with a confirmation that the insurance was in place. I was even having doubts about being scammed! It took a phone call to find out that the documents were being posted to me - over a week later and they still have not arrived!

The sales team are diabolical they do not let you get a word in edge ways when you have questions obviously this is because they try and complete sales as quick as possible, Also they are a broker not a direct insurer, They do the exact same job as confused, or money supermarket. I found a quote for £1500 pound on confused and they could not honor that absolute joke.
