“Only after making money off of people by being deceptive, quote a low price on comparison website make you call a premium rate number to mess about going over details again and again and then put you on hold to come back and say theres discrepancies and that premium has to increase and once you accept their reasons because they're supposed to be the experts and shouldn't lie you pay an extortionate deposit and then no more, you lose your money and have to go to Ombudsman, beware, they're a con company!!!!!!”

The premium can sometimes change between the quote and purchase stage, but this usually only happens when risk or personal details are found to be different. “Extremely poor customer service, took deposit and then decided not to insure, no communication and no explanation not even a phone call. Disgusting behaviour from a company”

“After deciding not to purchase the car. I cancelled the policy the next day, only to be told there was a £50 cancellation fee, where it clearly states if cancelled within 14 days there would be no charge.”
