“The whole process was simple and efficient. Dejan did a fantastic job walking me through my options and answering my questions. He was friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. I expected that the process of finding international health insurance would be painful and frustrating, but it was anything but. I feel really good about the support and information provided and about the quality of the coverage I have purchased.”

“My broker was Dejan Lukic. He provided excellent support throughout the process of selecting a policy for individual global health insurance and even afterward when I had follow-up questions. He always repsonded rapidly and helpfully to my questions, and he stayed in touch even when I was slow in reviewing options and making a decision. I appreciate his integrity, which came through in many ways, including with his frank and honest advice about what was good value and what was not necessarily good value. I recommend him strongly.”

“Everyone knows that buying insurance policies is easier than receiving reimbursement of claims. But Bre Birmingham was the consummate intl insurance specialist. We targeted and dissected the one plan chosen from the plethora of intl insurance options. I’m a longtime traveller who does everything by himself. This time trusting a broker, their experience and familiarity with the jargon, made ultimate sense. Specifically being assured that International Citizens Insurance pledges to mediate and negotiate on my behalf should need arise. Individuals don’t have that power. Everyone knows that submitting insurance claims for intl travel ins coverage is not the travel experience anyone wants.”
