“Carolina was very effective and efficient in managing my enquiry and seeing through my purchase for Cigna insurance policy. Although there were some errors from Cigna’s system end, she stayed persistent in solving the issue and kept in regular contact with me. Definitely a smoother experience than working with insurance provider directly.”

“International Citizens Insurance responded very quick to my request and most helpfully assigned a person to my request (no bot, no automated menu to go through)! Dejan was very patient and discussed options with me explaining advantages and disadvantages and in the end shared quotes with me. The insurance company of my choice picked up from there and again made it easy and efficient to complete the transaction. Dejan was always available as well should I have had any questions or issues. A great customer experience - highly recommend International Citizens Insurance and Dejan!”

“I worked with Bre to obtain health insurance for my daughter. She provided me quotes for a few options. We had multiple discussions about the right plan. She was helpful. It is not an easy decision given that you do not know much about the foreign health care industry but the insight she provided was helpful.”

“After researching several international health insurance options I discovered this insurance and was given a good treatment by Chris Delgado. He was very instrumental in getting the coverage detailed and clarified. Although I do think that the premium are still fairly high (plus, in my wife's case, she is NOT covered in the neighbouring Spain !) the process of obtaining the coverage was not complicated and dealing with Chris Delgado was highly satisfactory.”
