“As long they are selling, they are friendly. As well as informing you about options you can buy, it's insufficient. Furthermore, the service is very poor as they do not respond to questions. Can not recommend this insurance!”

“The brokers were very helpful. I like that they have a free telehealth option. The insurance is expensive and does not cover pre-existing conditions or birth control unless it is for non-birth control reasons.”

“Brennan, from International Citizens Insurance, was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable about individuals who live outside the US but also have US residency which makes for a complex Insurance situation. Brennan was able to help us navigate the health insurance landscape with no issues and now we have an insurance policy that covers my wife and myself no matter where we are.”

“I worked with Brennan McDonnell and had a great experience. Very helpful and responsive in identifying the right plan and add-on options, understanding coverage, providing a quote and securing the policy. Getting insurance can be worse than buying a car but Brennan and International Citizens Insurance made it a breeze. Would highly recommend.”

“This was my first experience with obtaining international health insurance and it was quite overwhelming. I was fortunate to have Brennan McDonnell as my broker and that made all the difference. Brennan was very conscientious, reliable and prompt about returning emails/phone calls and answering questions. He worked hard with me to find a "good-fit" Cigna policy and I am very pleased with the results. Brennan was always friendly, patient and informative throughout the process and I am grateful for that!”
