“The customer service Dejan Lukic was excellent. I have not had to use the insurance yet, so I am not sure how easy it is. I also am having a challenge accessing my card, so hopefully that will be resolved.”

“I got connected with Drew through an on-line search for international health insurance. Drew was super helpful, friendly and not-at-all pushy as he walked me through options and details. He provided some clear recommendations, which I was able to get confirmed through other conversations. On our final call he got all the details quickly set up for us. I would be quick to recommend him to others in my situaion.”

“I have been extremely impressed with international insurance, particularly my contact Andrew B. He has been exceptionally professional, supportive, informative and patient as we navigated the appropriate plan for our needs. Whether it was email or phone, Andrew and Ismail were patient and listened well to my needs. Overall, the customer support, service and attention to detail has been excellent and the onboarding of a new policy owner has been smooth. I would recommend them for expats needing coverage when coming stateside.”

“I submitted an information request back in November 2021 for insurance during my immigration process to move country. Andrew Blomberg stayed with me so patiently over the next 10 months, checking in periodically (but not TOO often!) to see how my process was going. With my final visa approval, he seamlessly helped me finalize the insurance quote and I'm on my way. Very helpful and made the process very easy.”
