“Brennan was very instrumental in answering our questions about the plan as we went through the pre-application process when deciding on an expatriate insurance plan. After two phone conversations, we felt we had the information we needed to make an informed decision. He responded quickly when I had some issues getting into the Cigna website to retrieve my quote.”

“I am a meeting coordinator and have used International Citizens Insurance twice for attendees traveling from all over the world to South America for conferences. The online booking process is very easy and the insurance is affordable. Andrew in their Group Sales department is especially helpful and quick to respond. I recommend this company to anyone in the market for travel insurance.”

“Mackenzie was our insurance agent and she was great. She was clear in her emails and was there to help when we were having tech confusion. International Citizens Insurance acts as a go-between for you and the life insurance company which we didn't realize when we first started the process but they were great and would recommend.”

“Mackenzie was the point person on my Unisure application, and she was nothing short of exceptional! Any time I had questions or concerns, Mackenzie was very quick to assist with all the details. Given that life insurance can be a touchy subject, especially with all the vulnerable questions you need to answer, it was an absolute pleasure to have someone like Mackenzie guide me through this process!”

“My entire experience was very good, especially the great follow-up since I needed to time the start of my new insurance at the time of the expiry of my existing one. Furthermore, we have agreed on a further postponement so that everything should go smoothly. I did not want to be doubling up on two insurances. I have yet to use my new insurance, and I hope I will not be disappointed! Thanks,”

“Brennan was great! He is very knowledgeable regarding the different insurance providers and plans. We went over a lot of them trying to find the best fit for our family. We had a phone interview, and then multiple email correspondence. All were very professional, and informative yet personal. I would highly recommend Brennan as your insurance agent. We now have insurance that will cover us internationally and while in the US, all for half the price of what we were paying for US insurance that didn't work internationally. Give him a call! Thank you”
