“I ordered an item last Tuesday night and today I rung to enquire where my item was just to be told that they will not be in stock until the end of the month. The man I spoke to on the phone wasn't exactly helpful at all either, first of all they couldn't find our order and then his response to asking why it doesn't show their not in stock on the website was 'they probably won't show it on there anyway' and didn't seem bothered at all. So now I have cancelled my order and asked for a refund, also I have ordered from somewhere else.”

We did email you to advise there would be a delay in delivering your order, with an option to cancel with full refund, but unfortunately we heard nothing back from you. “Have fitted an LE 50w outdoor security light which is well made and gives and excellent light output. It might benefit from a diffused screen as the light source is small and very bright. Very happy overall though.”

“Wide selection of bulbs are pretty easy to find what I required. For newcomers, some advice on what is meant by 2700K and 4000K would be helpful in choosing what they wanted (in terms of yellow light/white light). Very quick delivery. Will definitely use again.”
