That same day the order was delivered and signed for by L.Lee. Maybe you could speak to this person to see where your goods are. “Took delivery of two bulbs and one did not work. Sent a mail to advise and they sent out a direct replacement no questions asked. Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend this company.”
