“I tried to make a purchase. Received dispatch notification and a cancellation from Pay pal at the same time. No reason given and then they want me to leave a review about my purchase. Total waste of time.”

“Absolutely awful experience of this incompetent company. Only part of my order arrived, several items missing. No explanations given as to why. Tried getting a response from company, they rudely ignored me. I had to open a PayPal dispute/claim, which I won as they ignored PayPal as well. Avoid!!!”

“I ordered the a3 cinema light box. when i turned the light on it had a wire inside showing. I called and I got sent a new one which has exactly the same problem. a big wire ruining the effect of the cinema light box. why wasn't it checked before sending me a new one out? I am going to call and request a refund.”

“Item ordered was in stock and paid for. After 3 days no despatch email and only after emailing them there reply was that it was a pricing error so had cancelled. Then was told as a gesture of goodwill they would send a free gift. That never turned up either. My first order with them was my last. Have now taken my money elsewhere.”

“Assassins Creed dressing gown out of stock. This was the main reason I placed an order on Internet Gift Store. I was notified my order had been despatched only to receive an email two days later saying the dressing gown was out of stock. I replied to the email stating his unhappy I was, to date, I have not received a reply back. Very poor customer service”

“The item is faulty and does Not work keeps flickering and turns on and off itself all the time please can you advise what I need to do and get this returned back to yourselves. Not happy as it is new and not working properly st all after just 24 hrs of having it. Is actually a new product or have I been given a used product. Can you let me know”

“Purchased a boofle hot water bottle with nothing obvious size wise next to the picture of the item assuming it would be for adults...how wrong I was. No bigger than my hand! Customer service no help at all! Suggesting return it at a cost that was almost as much as the item knowing I'd be out of pocket! Absolute joke!”
