“I have been ordering food for my bearded dragong from Internet Reptile for a few months on a regular basis and have never had issues. The food always arrives fresh and exactly what I order. There is also a wide range of acessories, supplies and equipment that are very good quality. The product descriptions are acurate and you get exactly what they promise. Packaging is also appropriate for the type of products they ship and is very secure.”

“this is my first time ordering with internet reptile and their service was fast and brilliant. I ordered two bulbs and one was unfortunately faulty- they responded to my email within a day with a postage label and sent out a replacement which arrived very quickly. “1 item paid for “out of stock” the next day even though still for sale on website? Took over a week to deliver and had to send email to the company to chase delivery, by this point another item was also out of stock. Some of the boxes ordered were also damaged. Won’t be using again”
