“I have been using this company for years, they stock a broad range of stock at great prices and they get it to your door as fast as possible. I've never had an issue with any of my orders so therefore cant comment on customer service - but after making multiple large orders each year and not having a single issue speaks for its self. Thanks guys keep up the great work.”

“I placed a large order including pallet delivery. The communication to arrange delivery was excellent (organised by Ben). Everything was packaged well and arrived safely. I'm very pleased with the quality of all my items. I found the website very easy to navigate and they seemed to have a vast selection of everything I needed to set up my new bio active terranium. Prices we very competitive. I will definitely be ordering from you again in the future and hopefully visit the store one day too.”

“Ordered crickets on Thursday, paid for 24 hour delivery and they turned up on Tuesday. Customer service staff were quite rude in their response. Crickets however were well packaged, very healthy and I am very pleased with them.”

“This is my first time ordering anything online for my reptiles! I ordered a uvb light heat bulb and some feeders/cleaning crew! Overall happy with the time off delivery was very speedy to be received and dispatched as I’m writing this review I have not got it yet but hopefully will soon! Will write a new review when my product arrives!”

“This was a fast and efficient delivery of my frozen goods. The goods came well packaged in a polystyrene box, with freeze aids, to keep everything frozen, then placed in a cardboard box. The products were as described, and the delivery was in the time slot given. I have purchased goods before, but this was my first frozen order. I will certainly be using them again, and I cannot recommend them enough.”
