I booked UPS to South Africa with Interparcel on a Friday. The expected delivery was the following Tuesday by 11am. I dropped off the parcel immediately around the corner from me. The parcel was not picked up and when I popped back to the shop they said UPS had not picked up on that Friday. As it was a holiday on Monday, the parcel was picked up on Tuesday, and at that time UPS tracking said it would be delivered on Thursday. UPS tracking is terrible - often out of date and showing incorrect information. In addition, Thursday could NEVER have been possible, because there is always a payment for clearing customs, which the recipient paid immediately he was asked. Then UPS told me it takes around 48 hours before the parcel is released. Eventually UPS tracking said it would be delivered on Monday. Finally it was delivered on Tuesday. Even 24 hours after delivery, UPS tracking still was showing that the parcel was in their system, and that the customs fee still had to be paid. Needless to say, this whole saga caused both me and my recipient a lot of stress, and a lot of time trying to get sensible answers. I have had from both Interparcel and UPS emails apologising for the poor service. However, despite asking Interparcel for a refund for a delivery that was delayed by a week, and with ridiculously poor levels of tracking, their answer was that the service was never guaranteed. What a terrible cop-out.

Absolutely terrible service from Interparcel. I ordered a parcel collection and they never even turned up. No driver, no pickup, nothing. What makes it worse is that their tracking system flat-out lies — it showed my parcel as “in transit” even though nobody had collected it. There was zero communication to say the pickup wouldn’t happen. No email, no call, no apology — just silence and fake tracking updates. This caused delays, stress, and wasted my time completely. This is one of the worst courier services I’ve ever used. Unreliable, dishonest tracking, and no basic customer respect. If you value your time or your parcel, avoid Interparcel at all costs.

The worst experience ever. Better use somebody else for booking courier services. I have book Evri service with them and the parcel was lost for 3 weeks , then on 4th week was delivered ( from 23th Oct to 18th Nov ). No support what so ever from Interparcel after contacting them twice, they promised to send me update but this was lie and at the end I need to contact the courier directly. Do your research but I don't recommend them as all.

Delays in delivery, endless follow-ups from me as the sender, and zero feedback despite promises. The parcel was then returned through no fault of ours. DPD even refunded their charge, yet Interparcel still billed us for the return. This was a small shipment, but you can consider my much larger pallet account with you closed.

I booked a parcel through Interparcel using UPS. After delivery, I was invoiced for underdeclaring the parcel’s size — a claim made by the courier using laser measuring equipment. Interparcel refused to provide any evidence — no photos, no timestamped measurement logs — only stating: “We accept the measurements as accurate and correct unless presented with any evidence to the contrary.” When I asked for proof, I was told it’s my responsibility to provide it. Their own terms (Clause 6.3) require customers to submit photographs with a ruler or scales to dispute a charge — even though the parcel is already gone and photos can easily be staged after the fact. So the courier can charge you anything, without showing you proof — and Interparcel will accept it. Meanwhile, you are expected to disprove it with “evidence” they won’t even validate. How is that fair? This system is completely one-sided. I strongly recommend others take their business elsewhere — unless you’re willing to document every parcel you send with photo evidence, just in case they decide to charge you more later.

I booked a Parcel Force collection through Interparcel and waited two days – nobody turned up. When I contacted them, I was told it was my job to report a missed collection, despite them failing to arrange it properly in the first place. Why bother using a third party like Interparcel when they offer zero extra service, no real support, and take no responsibility when things go wrong? No compensation, no care – just a waste of time.

Interparcel will use any feeble excuse to not pay you for the damage they have caused. My board games were damaged because they dropped the box they were packed in, and because they consider the box of the board game as it's 'packaging' they wouldn't compensate me (even though I bought extra insurance) because the game pieces on the inside were not damaged. Seriously! I now have unsellable games because the boxes are dented.

After losing $43,750 to this online platform that suddenly froze my account, I was stressed and didn’t know who to trust. I came across RANGEPRO.ORG and decided to give them a try. They were upfront, explained their process clearly, and didn’t make any unrealistic promises. RANGEPRO.ORG kept me informed throughout, and thankfully, I was able to recover the full amount. Avoid Interparcel at all costs. They are attempting to levy a c.£240 additional fee for a c.£19 delivery, as they are falsely claiming the parcel was heavier than stated upon booking. I have proven the actual parcel weight is in fact lighter than what was paid for. Interparcel have refused to provide any evidence, refused to itemise their insane surcharge, and when my evidence as specifically requested by them has been provided, Interparcel then pretend it doesn't state what they asked for (i.e. the weight of the parcel). Perhaps Interparcel are going bust and need to grab monies on false claims from a customer who has been using Interparcel for over a decade. I'd strongly suggest avoiding doing business with Interparcel. And as of now I am anticipating taking legal action against their false and frivolous claims.
