the representatives lie through their teeth in every phone call. tell the truth it goes down better. still waiting on my delivery posted last Saturday. scanned Edinburgh, 0746. 15th requested later delivery at 0757...lie. delivery unsuccessful at the same time 07.57...lie. next slot would be 21st stayed in. guess what another lie. reschedule for saturday 22nd if I could be in another lie still waiting

My parcel got from my home in England to France, within the time parameters quoted. As the delivery wasn’t time critical, I chose the cheapest option with insurance cover included. Interparcel was the cheapest firm I found. Though slow, I got what I paid for. The tracking page was very easy to use.

I had a problem sending a parcel outside the EU, the carrier gave me inaccurate info, but the lady at Interparcel was great at sorting it out; she investigated what info was actually needed and now the parcel is on its way. Kudos and thanks to Francesca O'Brien at Interparcel for the timely assistance! :)

Been a good solid service over the years and never had an issue but recently their postcode lookup feature on the website hasn’t found several business addresses I needed and I couldn’t find a way to manually enter the information so I used a different company

I dropped the parcel off at a chosen locker in Cornwall ( out of normal hours) and to my delight and amazement it arrived in Norfolk within a day and a half.

I sent an item via Interparcel, that had supposedly had three delivery attempts made, however no calling cards were left so the recipient had no idea that the courier had been on any occasion. The package was sent back to me - the recipient now no longer wants the goods and I am around £7 down on a service that I had paid for, but has literally not been delivered. Customer Service were as good as useless and completely unhelpful. I've been told that this is an online service, with "online tracking only" and calling cards are not left. Implying that I, or the recipient, should be logging on constantly to check the parcel's whereabouts and progress. No email updates were received even. I will be pursuing a credit card chargeback in order to recover my money, and will avoid Interparcel in the future. I used to use them frequently, however their service is terrible nowadays and you're usually better off going CollectPlus or MyHerpes directly.

It is good but we cant use it with Hermes as we are unable to resize the address labels which are too large to fit the page.

I sent a GIFT to South Africa, only for the recipient to receive an email stating she needs to supply a customers invoice (which I printed and handed to driver) then was told she needed to pay R1700 in customers or the parcel will go into storage at R1500 a day! Firstly I know Interparcel is not responsible for customs but it would help when you are filling in the forms and insurance to be told how much the customs will be and then the sender has the choice to either pay or decide if it’s worth sending! ITS A GIFT AM MORTIFIED THAT RECIPIENT HAS NOW HAD TO PAY A LOT OF MONEY TO RECEIVE A GIFT!!!!!!
