“There are more and more user-friendly and very economical options for sending a parcel. My only gripe, why I gave four stars is that you insist on being given a phone number for the recipient. I don't believe this is necessary and it means that if I don't have the number I can't use your services.”

“Hundreds of transactions and rarely a problem with any of the couriers. the new format on the website sometimes is a bit slow but gets there in the end .”

“I have used Interparcel loads of times and never had a problem. It can be a little long winded to book up and print off the shipping label, but it's worth the effort as you save a lot over Royal Mail.”

“The pickup timing was great and also delivery. My only disappointment was that i paid for a text to let me know when parcel was out for delivery, but never received it. I did receive the text to say parcel was delivered, also paid for.”

“I run a small business and send out maybe 400 packages per year through Interparcel. I also have an account direct with TNT but sometimes use TNT booked via Interparcel instead, if the destination or item makes that cheaper. When I book direct with TNT the truck turns up the same day if I book before 2pm. When I book with TNT via Interparcel even before the earlier cutoff time, TNT hardly ever appears on the day. Usually they are a day late with collection but ten days ago I had a package that took 6 days after the Interparcel before it was collected. This has happened at least a dozen times over the past year or so, and each time I complain to Interparcel, telling them there is a SYSTEMIC failure in the way that info is passed to TNT. I always get an apology but feel that nothing is happening to cure the root problem. Apart from the TNT problem, I cannot fault Interparcels service or their customer support in any way.”

“As said above, generally trouble free. We used to have instances where requests were duplicated and charged twice but this (fingers crossed!) doesn't seem to happen now. At the moment, however, I have a problem. I'm trying to get a quote for sending a parcel to an IV3 8R post code. According to your system, this post code does not exist but, according to Royal Mail, who set the post codes, it is correct. I've also checked with the customer. As a result, I'm going to have to find another route as your system will not allow me to proceed. No matter how often I insert this post code, I cannot get a quote for it.”

“The time slot of the last collection is too late 18.30 or 19.30 as our office closes at 17.00 and its a gamble if we will be here when they come to collect.....so far so good.”

“I found the website quite easy to follow, but sometimes when a private customer is sending an item to a business which is all dealt with via internet, you don,t have a contact name, but it is marked as a mandatory requirement.”

“Goods pick up and service is good,communication good but to many things get damaged,boxes are marked very fragile with correct labling,always packed very well with bubble wrap and padding and in strong boxes,they must be thrown around to break them,some items are covered by insurance which is alway delt with quickly but some are not covered which looses me money,it is not the companys fault, it is the courrier workers who do not respect the packages,we have seen how they treat packages on tv programs, it is time something is done about this disgraceful behaviour.”

“We have been using Interparcel for quite a while now and have found them to be reliable, efficient and trustworthy. What is especially good about Interparcel is that you can state a preferable time period for collection and 99% of the time they manage to collect on time. We have never had any parcels go missing and they always arrive on the date stated.”

“We are using inter parcel for over 2 years now. Despite they are courier broker we are happy to work with them. We had few issues but some problems sometimes unavoidable I think. Web interface is very good and straight forward. It is very clean and clear on the prices and insurance cover and so on.”
