“Awful service”

“Diabolical, they were suppose to deliver a parcel to a customer didnt deliver it nor ring me or the customer. So it was returned i had to pay £16.00 for it to be redelivered to me. It cost £33.00 to post the item so that £49.00 and i still have to post the parcel again!”

“Usually quite happy with Interparcel, but after a recent failure to deliver on services promised, Interparcel were unhelpful and unwilling to do anything to help ease a situation caused by one of the carriers they offer services of to their customers. They really do seem to be a middle man who doesn't want to get involved should any problem arise. I would in future look to deal directly with one of the carriers they offer services of.”
