“I sent a parcel to Russia via Interparcel. I messed up the customs invoice and the parcel would never have been able to be delivered because the tax would have been £1000s. An email to customer service at Interparcel led to the customs invoice being corrected very quickly and saved the day. Full marks to Interparcel. Good service and excellent prices.”

“Amazing service, have used a couple of times to send parcels to family abroad. Parcels collected from my home, (Very little extra cost and worth it, Especially in Covid times) always picked up when they say they will, and parcels have arrived at destination when they said they would. Collector polite and cheerful, and following Covid rules. Delivery to Finland super fast and direct to the door. Tried Royal Mail before and took nearly two weeks longer. As I’m sending presents to grandchildren I want the parcel to arrive in good time. Will definitely use Interparcel for all future parcels. Thanks, and very happy to recommend this service.”
