“We never got past the starting line !!! They happily took our almost $500 but here we are, this is the THIRD DAY and the package has not been picked up ! This after numerous phone calls where the office voicemail states that the offices are closed and to call back after 9am ..... I gave up at 11am when still had to listen to the same message !! Sent a e-mail to the Australian "Contact Us" address, they did respond but still ...... NO PICK-UP !!!”

“Parcel got lost and after 4 weeks interparcel confirmed in writing that it was noe officially lost .as a result the buyer of the product was refunded and then the parcel eventually turned up and was delivered.I called to get my refund and was told as it was now delivered no refund will be issued. I lost the value of the item plus postage and shipping fees. Terrible customer services through and now would not recommend or use this company again. AVOID”

“If you are very busy, have mobility problems so can't easily go to a Post Office, have a large or heavy parcel to send, Interparcel are the answer. They have a wide range of ways to send your parcel: choose your courier company, including Parcelforce, your pick up date and, within reason, the time. Very, very helpful.”

“Parcel arrived late and in a poor condition. It had been opened even though it was clearly marked “wedding gift”. I reported it to Interparcel who said they would send out a claim form. I never heard from the company again.”

“Very easy to use. Reasonable costs, bit cheaper than RM or Parcelforce. I like that I can do all admin at home, then just drop parcel at garage 3 miles away and it's taken care of.”

“We have used this service for years, however recently had poor experience with very long delays (weeks) with a parcel that should have arrived in days. While it is possible that some of this lay outside of the control of this carrier, they could improve their customer feedback and should adjust the information they provide to customers accordingly.”
