“I contacted Interparcel as I had incorrect entered the wrong weight for one of the boxes I was shipping but only realised this once I had completed payment. I called their customer service call centre and spoke with Annelese McBride. She was very helpful and professional, as the courier I had chosen couldn't ship the boxes for the new corrected weight, she was able to refunded this charge and I was then able to re-book with another courier. The charge was credited to my account in a couple of day. Very happy to use Interparcel again.”

“Been using Interparcel for many years with no problems at all, but just had my first problem where a driver left a package 8 doors down from where it was meat to be, anyway after contacting Interparcel and speaking with Charlie Stocker things was sorted quickly and a full refund was given. I would recommend using Interparcel to anyone.”

“Good overall service but a few issues we've had have been unresolved (mainly misleading errors on the booking side especially Gurnsey) Sabrina helped out on a DPD booking error this morning.”

The collection times are only 9am - 10am even though at the top the latest cut off states 12pm for our area LL29 6AB”

“I often reccommend Interparcel to both friends, and other ebay members on the site chat forums. I have used them for around 5 years now. The prices are competitive. And also the fact your parcels are collected by reputable people like UPS or TNT etc works well for me. These can be far more reliable than other cheaper carriers, of who you never know when ( or if) the local driver will arrive. The interparcel website itself is very easy to use, and the after service is quick and helpful should you ever have a problem.”
