“Website easy to use; a wonderful alternative to taking the parcel to the post office if it is heavy, a difficult shape to carry, or you are incapacitated and can't walk to the post. I have been most grateful for the service.”

“Totally rubbish. Would never use again. Package was not collected twice. No guarantees for collection or delivery. When I finally cancelled the job guy then turned up 3 days late. Useless service.”

“Sent parcel via express Airfreight on 21st April for delivery 22nd April. Got sent by Economy Road Freight and as at 4th May still not delivered. All Interparcel customer services can say is that the service is not guaranteed. Absolutely the worse service and after care possible. Avoid”

“Excellent service and extremely competitive price, I wanted to send a very heavy and bulky parcel back to the place I bought it from and was dreading the cost, but it was far less than anticipated, driver was very helpful and job done, will definitely use inter parcel again, I highly recommend them Leo”

“On the whole a good service however, I find it incongruous & irksome that Interparcel's prohibited list does not match the prohibited items on the actual courier's website. E.g. sending of magnetic materials (say, a loudspeaker) is prohibited by Interparcel when using the Parcel Force service yet Parcel Force's own list speaks of magnetic field strength not globally prohibiting magnets as such. This makes it tricky to know if I can or cannot send a loudspeaker when booked through Interparcel.”

“I received an invoice for an additional payment because they said my parcel was larger by a considerable amount than I had declared. This was completely false and they could not provide proof. Talking to them was like talking to the wall. I refused to pay.”
