“Easy to use on line system to book parcel delivery, which gave us a more cost effective way to send parcels to our daughter who was studying in Denmark.”

“The parcels was delivered on time with no issues. The only thing I would say is that the fedex man collecting my parcel turned up significantly early and said that because he is contracted through fedex, that interparcel doesn’t know his proper working hours and said he needed to take the parcel now or he wouldn’t be able to get it until the next day. I was really upset by this as I wasn’t prepared because he turned up so early. I convinced him to wait while I rushed to finish putting the parcel together. I don’t know if he was honest or not but if he was being honest this issue definitely needs to be looked into. I booked a service for a specific time and paid good money for it and didn’t appreciate being rushed or being told if I didn’t that I’d have to wait another day to send the parcel.”

“ITEM ARRIVED AS SENT AND HAD CLEARLY BEEN TREAT WITH RESPECT NOT CAST ABOUT LIKE A PIECE OF JUNK AND MOVED BY FOOT IT WASN'T MASSIVELY WRAPPED BUT ENOUGH TO SAY IT WAS A PARCEL THAT SOMEONE HAD PAID TO SEND AND HAVE DELIVERED AS IT WAS SENT, FULLY HAPPY WITH THE RECEIPT OF WHAT I HAD PAID FOR AND SENT BY THE SELLER , IT WAS A FULL SIZE COMMERCIAL VEHICLE BUMPER WORTH 10 TIMES PLUS WHAT I PAID . A CREDIT TO THE COMPANY FAULTLESS DELIVERY THANK YOU SO MUCH.”

“We used Interparcel to collect and deliver a door part for us. I cannot fault the system it was quick and easy to organise no hiccups and we were informed of the delivery progress once it had been collected. Price was fantastic and i will definitely be using Interparcel again.”
