“Easy to use web site , works well for us. The "chat" doesnt seem to be working ?or if it does I can find how to use it. I asked for some help on the phone to check when a parcel would be delivered as i couldnt see any info apart from colection details and Nicole Rowland was very helpful , and she emailed me back with the info I needed.”

“I had a problem when your server was apparently down and I tried twice to get my parcel sent. Much later that day an order confirmation came and I was concerned that it had debited my account twice. Tasha promptly dealt with my case and reassured me that my card had only been debited once. My concerns were quickly sorted.”

“I have been using Interparcel for my company, smartlock.co.uk for while now and I must say that I am really impressed with their customer service. I screwed up and gave the wrong collection address, I expected a load of hassle but customer service agent Lisa Irish sorted it out immediately. thanks again, Stuart”

“Complete shambles. Booked a 3 hour collection window for convenience and have ended up staying in all day for a collection that never materialised. Customer service blamed UPS and said they would ring me within the hour. I'm still waiting for that phone call. Looks like Im going to have to loose a working day's money to try to get this mess sorted out. You might be cheap but you are definitely not reliable.”

“wow telephone customer service the best i have ever seen had a problem with DPD labels answered the telephone instantly this is what i call SERVICE THANK YOU have have not had this kind of service of any courier in my life i sell on ebay hifiaudiovidoeheaven and this is what takes the pain out of being self employed”

“I have always found Interparcels prices good and their customer service excellent. I love the fact that you can actually call them (unlike some courier booking companies!) and their live chat is always great. Rachael has been particularly helpful today, can't fault the speed and efficiency.”
