“Interparcel I am not very happy with this company at all I booked a carrier service paid for that service and a month later they are trying to tell me I owe them 63 pound as my parcel was 20cm longer then I expected this is not on it’s just a rip off do not use this robbing company unless you want to have an unexpected charge thanks for nothing interparcel”

“I Sent to Barcelona a Medal to My Untie a Month Ago, Suddenly Now I See in the Tracking Page That is On Its Way Back to Me Because Nobodie Claim It...How Supposed to Claim It If YOU Dont Inform THEM to Collect the Parcel??? Never Again I Will Use This Service!!!! Already 4 Mo ths and not returned yet!!!!!”

“there was no problem with the delivery of the parcel the price was very good. NEGATIVE,the only problem I did have was the drop off . TESCO EXPRESS in west derby village. the assistant I felt was quite rude and sharp. and made me take my parcel home and rewrap it. I send a lot of parcels and made sure that it was wrapped very well. It was a large parcel but quite light, and she wasent fussed on handling it.”

“Amazing service. Competitive prices. Always available at the end of the phone with an operator who speaks clear English. Always able to solve any problems. I run a business and regularly send parcels abroad. I have been using Interparcel for many years and would never think of using any other parcel service. Interparcel take all the stress out of shipping worldwide”

“What a nightmare! We sent a parcel with some promotional gifts to Greece, but UPS in Greece refuses to deliver it. They claim that the box is over 10 kilos and cannot be considered a gift. It's frustrating since they keep asking for proof of payment when there isn't any since it's a gift. We've contacted Transglobal three times now, but every time we explain the situation to them, they assure us that they'll sort it out. However, after a week, nothing has been resolved. During our last call with Transglobal, we had to wait on hold for half an hour, only to be told that everything had been sorted out. However, UPS has since contacted the recipient and informed them that neither Transglobal nor UPS in the UK has contacted them to resolve the issue. It's disappointing that what we were told over the phone was a lie. To make matters worse, UPS is now charging us a fortune for storage!”
