“Sent a valuable camera with them on a next day service. Two weeks later its has been returned, looking like it has been thrown about, walked over, stamped on, passed through endless vehicles and depots. To add insult to injury, Interparcel refuse to refund the cost of the original purchase. I have been using them years, sending hundreds of parcels with them and spending many thousands of pounds. I have always considered them to be a great company, but they are let down by appalling customer service. I refuse to use them any more.”

“Sent a package and got it delivered back to myself the week after. It was a niece's birthday present and now won't get there in time. Customer service is as useful as a solar powered torch. DO NOT USE!”

“It's pathetic. I sent the parcel from UK to India in September 2020. It was supposed to be delivered by 5th October. But it is not yet delivered. I choose FedEx for delivery. Never go with Interparcel. They never provide proper information about your parcel. They just take your money and forget about your belongings. When you ask for the insurance claim, they don't respond. I will never go with Interparcel again.”

“I am very disappointed with Interparcel. I sent two International packages, selecting FedEx Priority because the estimated delivery dates were nearer in time, than if I were to send them by post or another courier. The first arrived at a Norwegian sorting office four days ago. and has not moved since. It was meant to be delivered at first on the 17th or 18th, then the 19th, but it appears to still be stuck. I chased on the day it was meant to be delivered, and was told it would be 24 hours until they got a response. I chased again today (more than 24 hours later) and was met by a woman with an arrogant attitude who seemed to have no interest in trying to help. She told me I should not expect a response until 72 hours has past since the request and the estimated delivery dates advertised have no bearing on reality. The tracking shows that the parcel has been stationary for 4.5 days. A responsible company would chase their International partner without waiting for the sender to enquire. Interparcel had taken the recipient's telephone number down wrong on both parcels, but the agent I spoke with came across as annoyed that I asked her to pass on the correct number to Interparcel's partner in Norway, so that they are able to contact the recipient to solve any problems. The other parcel is now stuck at the same sorting office and the tracking shows there is a problem. Interparcel appears to take no responsibility for the delay, and I now fear that the parcels will not arrive at all. The lack of accountability and arrogance displayed by the agent I spoke with is making my experience as a customer into a very stressful one. I would not recommend to anyone to use this company.”

“Much better than some of the other parcel brokers out there, didn't let me down Very competitive pricing also, but it's mostly about the service received In fact I first used them after being continually let down by a rival company, who I'll simply never use again If I could have got the tracking to work it would have been 5 stars ...... maybe it was my fault, but it could have been made simpler Will definitely use again”

“Don't believe any of the positive reviews, they all must work for interparcel, THE worst courier service I have used, EVER. And I use couriers a LOT, but was 'fforced' to use them for a parcel being sent out of the England. They lie and give false information. Each of their staff give different answers/reasons/excuses. Very unreliable. Say they've attempted with collections when they have not. Forum sites awash with negative reviews.”

“Charging an extra £25 to send a parcel just because we live in Inverness, and you expect a review. Refund us the money and tell your people exactly where we are might help in a positive review.”

“INTERPARCELK IS an awful company FRAUDULENT COMPANY, lost two parcels in quick succession, cost me near £700 ! Don't use INTERPARCEL - They will lose your items and not help. INTERPARCEL marked Items as delivered when they were lost. No help, no customer service. Screen shot shows item delivered FRAUDULENT INTERPARCEL TRACKING ! BEWARE! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED ! INTERPARCEL LOSE PARCELS AND SAY THEY ARE DELIVERED - BOGUS FRAUDULENT TRACKING - DON'T LET INTERPARCEL SCAM YOU -DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU ! AVOID ! AVOID !”

“Ultra reliable, tried Royal Mail with the parcel for Italy and it came right back to me, then opted for Interparcel and never looked back, parcels arrived at their destination, wouldn’t try anyone else, superb service all round.”

“The latest estimated arrival time for the parcel was nowhere neal close to the real arrival time which was 2 weeks after! I had to call and email on numerous occasions to chase up the parels whereabouts. Ill never be selecting Hermes again.”
