Very good parcel service. I had a problem that wasn't really Interparcel's fault and Sabina was able to help me she was very polite and efficient. So good to be able to telephone and speak to someone. Previous company we used had no telephone communication with zero customer service. Will continue to use Interparcel for all our requirements.

Unlike the competition they have a timed window for courier collection. Too bad they cannot receive payments from non-UK cards and PayPal accounts

Ive recently had 2 issues with UPS not collecting parcels on the arranged dates. The most recent problem last week, m parcel (tracking number 951216597179) was not collected on the due date. Having paid for a next day delivery I obviously failed to get the service for which I paid for. I had an online chat with Sam who re-booked the collection and confirmed I would get a refund, I never received that !! Now the parcel has not been delivered to my customer at all. UPS never left a contact/calling card either so my client didnt even know they had been !! I have just finished chatting to James who has informed me that there will be no attempt to redeliver and that my client has to go to a collection access point for their parcel. Interparcel always go the extra mile for their customers - when there's a problem (which isn't very often in my experience) it's professionally and efficiently sorted out. Recently I had a problem with a package that didn't have enough delivery details (shipped to Netherlands) and Sabrina Slade kept in touch with me, even sending me a message to say the package had been received and who signed for it. I am very happy with the service!
