“I frequently use Interparcel for UK parcels. This time, it was to send a parcel to Japan that had originally been sent by post and then sent back as 'Address unknown" even though I know this address is correct. So, there was some in trepidation to spend quite a lot of money on trying to resend the parcel. The parcel this time was delivered quickly and we received a text notification too. High recommended service.”

“The Del Boy and Rodney of Parcel delivery. There is no way on earth that this company should score a 4.5. I am in the retail business and Interparcel are often the butt of jokes at conferences and seminars that I attend. “Your about as reliable as Interparcel!” Both myself and at least 20 Of my fellow retailers refuse to use Interparcel. They are clearly encouraging the successful deliveries to leave positive reviews.”

“My go-to place to send parcels - I get a huge variety of options with regard to couriers and prices. I send quite a few parcels and have always been pleased with the service. Deliveries are always within the time-frame stipulated and arrive in good condition. Very happy.”

“Superb service in sending a parcel from UK to Switzerland. I intitially made a mistake with the address details but the lovely customer service staff corrected it for me with no fuss. Very fair pricing and good tracking details. I have no hesitation in recommending interparcel.com”

“Most times very good, however one parcel which was very well protected arrived with part of it broken. I looked to see if it was insures with the 'free' insurance you offer. But notging appears to be insured so I don't understand why it is offered in the 1st place.”

“My parcel was expected to arrive in 3 working days, however it sat in the Spanish depot for weeks with no communication. After my enquiry, I was informed there was insufficient paperwork. I was asked to produce an invoice which I didn't have as it was a present with no cost involved. Finally, after almost 6 weeks the parcel was returned to me, the sender. So I had the expense of sending a parcel to myself. Improved information when packaging re paperwork would be very helpful.”

“Sent my mother in law's laptop back after fixing it. Screen smashed despite extreme packaging, so it must have taken a huge hit. Interparcel fobbed me off by claiming it was my fault for sending it as it's on the "restricted list" - which it turns out includes almost anything. Disgusting treatment. If I'd have taken the extra insurance this still wouldn't have been valid, but they'd have taken it for sure. I'm completely dissatisfied with this service, and the way I was fobbed off, and certainly will not use it again, or recommend it to anyone.”
