Excellent service, have used thiis on other occasions in the past and have found them to be very competative and reliable. There is an option to to have a text conformation of delivery at a very small charge. Communication very good. Have found d them very reliable. Would recommend .

We use Interparcel almost daily due to the easy and straight forward system they offer us. The co-ordination of their TNT and UPS service works really well and proves to be cost effective and flexible. This is further backed up by confirmation emails when we send goods out for delivery before a set time. Charlie Stocker, your emails really do help our business flow! After the tracking information was seemingly not working on a booked package, I asked for help on the live chat service. Sabina Lengyelova answered and was quick to investigate the situation. It was discovered that I had somehow been sent two labels for one package and the information had crossed over somehow. Sabina followed this up politely and efficiently even though I accidentally cut her off abruptly on the live chat service, apologies for that. Overall helpful service and the situation was investigates and resolved quickly.

We had a problem and was unable to ship our parcel the day we booked for collection, but after contacting interparcel we received a fast response from Annelese McBride who was very helpful and arranged the parcel to be collected when we were ready to ship.

Despite our parcel not arriving on the Express next day delivery option we had chosen & paid for, it did arrive a day late. On communicating with the company a very helpful Becky Blythe was able to offer a prompt response about the delivery & also notified us we were entitled to a refund as they had failed to provide a guaranteed service. What a wonder customer service!

A reasonably priced company who picked up the parcel within 50mins of placing the order. Unfortunately even though we chose express option for parcel to be delivered next day, the parcel didn't arrive until 2days later. However, this wasn't a huge issue for us but upon emailing the company to chase our parcel Becky Blythe responded promptly & dealt with our matter & also aoofered us a full refund due to failure of service guarantee - what fantastic customer service. On this note I wouldn't hesitate to use UPS again.

So far I have found interparcel to be a very good service indeed. I had a slight problem recently but it was immediately sorted out by your representative James Giffen who I found to be very thorough and also concerned for me and my awkward issue regarding the non-delivery of a parcel.
