“This is POD for interparcel and Tufnalls. It’s fake never happened. They insisted it did then changed mind. Then promised 2 more deliveries. Never happened. Now declared lost not stolen. It’s a 2.1 x 1.2mtr door, easily misplaced. Driver does not work there anymore. Took 20 phone calls and constant chasing. Now find it’s cost me money.”

“I was given a timescale by txt for the parcel to be collected it was within a 2 hour period which was fine. On the day I received another txt giving me a further breakdown of 30 minutes. Great service would highly recommend using the service. The driver was very friendly and professional a credit to the company”

“Appalling company. they offer the worst customer service and their tracking link is beyond useless. They take absolutely no responsibility if your parcel does not get delivered due to you foolishly following their tracking stating the parcel is still in transit when in actual fact it is waiting for the customer to pay the import duty. Avoid!”

“Awful service. Kayak and paddle both broken. Customer service not interested. They trick you into insuring goods but then they will never honour it. STAY AWAY. This may sound cheap but for a good reason. You don't even get what you paid for. Your parcel will be thrown around and kicked by loads of people before getting to you . With me, excuse was you should have placed Kayak in a double walled box 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. Pay a bit more and use a decent company.”

“was due to be delivered Tues and looked online to see what time but was informed it had been delivered Monday 1.18pm but we were here and no doorbell ring and no note left - cannot be left on doorstep as on main road - therefore had to wait in until delivery - which came would be handy to have 2hr slot given online”

“Three times my parcel was not collected on the arranged date at my home. I rang interparcel each time , but their promises never were kept. Eventually I deposited the parcel myself to the nearest pickup point. The parcel took more than two weeks to be delivered.”
