“I used to use Interparcel all the time. However I've now had an extra bill from them demanding another payment. Apparently the courier has said that are parcel wasn't properly wrapped. As we sent a postal tube and the recipient said it arrived in perfect condiition I queried it. Interparcel tell me they don't have to prove there was a problem and I just have to pay them a fiver regardless. They won't even talk to the courier used and just keep demanding the money. They are even saying they will go to court for it. Real customer service and sense has obviously died at this company and I for one won't be using them again. Others beware of unfounded charges and intransigent staff.”

“PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICES EVER AGAIN IT IS TOTALLY RUBBISH COMPANY TO SENT ANY I HAVE SENT MY ITEM 3 MONTHS BACK AND STILL NOT BEEN DELIVERED AND WON'T ALLOW ME TO CLAIM INSURANCE BECAUSE THEY SAY THAT IT IS NOT LOST BUT THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING. I AM WRITING THIS IN BOLD TO MAKE PEOPLE AWARE”

“they are a paper company who outsources couriers to do their work for them who makes EVERY excuse they can in the slightly more outlaying areas to NOT bother doing their job at all”
