Hi Darren, Please accept my apologies for the delay in delivering this item. UPS have advised that this has been raised with the depot manager to be investigated internally. I am glad to see that the parcel has now been delivered.

“i was extremely happy with the courier service from UK to Austria , very affordable price and a really helpful and friendly lady called Annelese at the Customer service centre , who was there to guide my package safe and sound to my door step , with reassuring help all the way , i have had nightmares in the past ..But finding this service has been a godsend , will almost certainly be using this company , for years to come !!!!! HAPPY DAYS ,GREAT SERVICE !!!!”

“I have had a lot of trouble with the royal mail group as they have damaged my parcels often and I have to fight for compensation it’s a nightmare. Now I have found Interparcel and they are wonderful they always deliver quickly with no damage and the price is really far below royal mail. The staff are also very helpful, I give them ten out of ten well done keep up the good work. Gilbert Bradley”
