“Unfortunately the last 5 parcels we have booked have either not been collected or not been delivered. These are to customers so vital to our business and very dissappointing. Very hard to find out any information from Interparcel and no notification that there is an issue from them. Frustrating and expensive.”

“Interparcel Service is very easy to use, but some of the carrier are becoming very unreliable and Interparcel need to sort this out quickly otherwise they will loose customers”

“I would never use interparcel again. Lack of communication between them and the courier. They ended up coming to the wrong address which then resulted in my delivery being delayed. My customer wasn't happy as they took a day off.”

“Sometimes this service is fantastic, but other times (particularly with Landmark Global Economy - Evri) our parcels are never collected. We now know which couriers to use on Interparcel. The customer service is excellent though.”
