“We rarely get any problems, but when we do 9/10 we are helped with good customer service! Charlie Stocker helped us when a label fell off a box and let us know when a new one was attached and when the package was out for a delivery. We were very happy with the help we received!”

“Good overall service but a few issues we've had have been unresolved (mainly misleading errors on the booking side especially Gurnsey) Sabrina helped out on a DPD booking error this morning. The collection times are only 9am - 10am even though at the top the latest cut off states 12pm for our area LL29 6AB”

“Had to contact customer services as my Royal Mail parcel just kept showing as booked. even after three days. Sabrina checked the number was correct and informed me parcel had actually been delivered on Monday at 09:15. Very helpful and pleasant. Thank you”
