“Very impressed by the simplicity of posting my large parcel to Poland recently. Excellent communication from drop off to delivery. Excellent value for money. Can't fault this service. Will definitely be using it again and recommend it to anyone.”

“Unfortunately you are a reflection of the service you offer and currently one of my parcels has not been delivered next day by Hermes, therefore whilst I rate Interparcel and your team highly, the current level of service provided by one of your third parties is poor which is a reflection of yourselves as the service provider.”

“I am sick of interparcel taking the couriers word for alleged incorrect packaging, sizing or weight. They just will not listen to the customers side and demand additional payments on the couriers say so (who are out to mane more money!). You’ve asked the wrong guy here. Your customer service is unacceptable.”
