“After an initial issue with one of interparcels international fulfilment agents , Becky Blythe of interparcel went all out over several days to ensure that my package got delivered to its correct destination, Becky displayed great logistical and communication skills a real asset to interparcel . Without Beckys intervention , I would have walked away from ever using interparcel again , but now my faith is restored and not only will they continue to get my business but I will recommend them to all my friends and colleagues who need a courier service.”

“Overall good however during an issues it takes days to get responses to problems. For example if a parcel is not delivered on time and its reported to interparcel, it can be 2-3 days before getting any update.”

“the service itself initially was easy to book and I was happy with it. But the fact that the courier did not show for the pick up (UPS) and I was not notified that no one is coming as per my booking, was not as impressive and made doubt the reliance of your services. As per the live chat assistance I had with Becky Blythe, she has been very helpful and rebooked my service for the following day and promised me an email from UPS regarding the missed pick up.”

I am so sorry that you collection failed, unfortunately the carriers do not inform us if a collection is not going to take place. I can confirm that this has since been re booked for today for you.

“Pretty good. Price of insurance is better than some other sites. Sometimes Parcel2Go UPS standard is cheaper, depending on value of the item (as their insurance deal is not as good as you)”

“I always use Interparcel when sending large items. The site is easy to use and the choice of carriers is good. I have had an issue with a customer about his delivery and Charlie Stocker has been very helpful in helping to resolve it for me.”
