“We use you all the time but my husband secretary is on holiday so booking in the parcels has been left to me as I have never done it before and not good on the computer I have found it a nightmare I asked somebody to help me yesterday she refused and told me you have to do it on line today I got a lovely person called Kirsty cooney who helped me through the whole process she is a credit to Interparcel she polite and really helpful I have at least another six parcel to send in the next few days and knowing she is the other end of the phone gives great confidence to use Interparcel Many thanks Jane Bradbury”

“Had to make some changes to an order placed, I called their customer services, not expecting much service from a low cost shipping provider, but I was very wrong. Immediately connected to a gent named James Giffen with no hold time. He was incredibly helpful and had my issue resolved in seconds. Would highly recommend!”

“Nicole Rowland has been very helpful and quick getting an problem with a paypal payment sorted out. We have a few on going problems but I think this is related to UPS rather than interparcel who always seem to try to help where possible. I'm not sure about your self tracking service as it doesn't seem to provide enough information if the courier decides to do something like take the parcel to a drop off point. This is problem we seem to be encountering more frequently. However the service is generally good which is why we still use interparcel!”

“We use inter parcel all the time but my husbands secretary is on holiday so it has been left to me to try and book the parcels in I am absolutely useless but thanks to a brilliant person called Kirsty her EX NO 234 has very very kindly help me through the whole process i did ask someone yesterday who refused to help me at all, but Kirsty has gone that extra mile she has been so helpful a real credit to Interparcel Jane Bradbury”

“I ordered a parcel from the States to the UK, using FedEx. The website was fast and easy to use, had a issue with customs clearance but with the thanks to James England this was was easily and resolved, they just needed a little more information. Many thanks to James and the team.”

“Garbage service. After sending 4 packages which weighed a kilo or less through Interparcel using Hermes I suddenly get four threatening e mails from Interparcel claiming the items weighed 3 to 5 kilos! If I don't pay they will take me to court for the price of a coffee. Severely disputing their claims. Asked for proof and they tried to fob me off with Trading Standards calibrating the weigh machines etc etc but quite frankly I think a massive fraud is being pulled here. I'm not going to pay. Take me to court. I will not be bullied on a scam like this. Will never use Interparcel again and have advised customers and family not to and outlined why.”

Hi Karl, so sorry that you have not been happy with the weight disputes on your item, checking the order, I can see the goods were declared as 1kg but were actually weighed at just over 3kg by Hermes which does mean a slight raise in price via our website. A message has been sent to our Revenue and Protection team who are dealing with this asking why the payment is so high and if it can be reduced based on the price via our website, however the charge will need to be paid as the correct weight does need to be declared when placing the booking.

“After an enquiry from a difficult client about excessive UPS charges in Canada Lisa found out full details promptly and efficiently. When the client disputed these Lisa was able to show the charges he had incurred were on a different UPS parcel not related to me or to Interparcel. Thank you Lisa for exceptional service.”
