Hi Genevieve - thank you for your kind review. As per our telephone conversation re the waterbottle, I have had a look on your order and I can't see it on there. It looks like it might have appeared and disappeared - not sure why. I can confirm that, as this item is not a back to school item, it doesn't come with the waterbottle. Sorry for the disappointment.

“Good price. Delivery good value. Emails to let me know status excellent and delivery slot of an hour!! Said they would arrive between 9.34 and 10.34am.......and the driver arrived at 9.34 spot on. How refreshing to have something arrive on time and not wait in the whole day too. Very impressed-will definitely use you again.”

“Great service and information from TP but DPD service reduced the overall rating. They advised parcel on way to collection point, then changed to saying delayed and returned to depot. No explanation - very disappointing.”

“first time i have used the online service and it is superb,ordered a load of canterbury t-shirts this sunday night and they arrived on tuesday dinnertime, superb service and now i have added bonus of the loyaty card,always look in the shops in newton abbott and exeter when we holiday in torquay each year,always have a good selection of top sports equipment and clothing and i always seem to pick up a bargain,pleasant staff and very good to deal with,will be placing another order very shortly.”
