“I ordered a Polo T shirt for my daughter's PE as only one of two suppliers who do the school emblem. The quality is excellent BUT I paid for express delivery ( ie next day) had an email to say would be delivered the next day then a subsequent email to say delayed. It came day two not the next day so feel the postage was not warranted.”

“The one present that my son wanted more than anything I found on here, the size I wanted wasn't in stock. I emailed and got a very quick reply from an assistant called Ian who was so helpful and helped source the size I needed and completed the sale and transaction for me very quickly. “Didn't have the item I wanted in the shop,however I was directed to the website. I emailed them with my request and was sent a link for the item I needed. Ordering was straightforward and was keep updated by email of my order. Excellent service in the shop and website.”
