“My flat number was missing from the address I provided. I was contacted immediately with a friendly, yet professional email, enabling the product ordered to be sent with minimum delay. The item was delivered today only a few days after the order was placed. Very impressive service, well pleased.”

“Received the item I wanted & fast delivery. Would've preferred confirmation that the shuttles were fast / red, it was clear they were yellow but unclear they were definitely fast/red. Also the link for the product (http://www.tonyprycesports.co.uk/mens-c1/sports-equipment-c4/sports-accessories-c21/xl-400-badminton-shuttlecocks-6-pack-yellow-p22455) didn't work, just re-directed me to a different webpage.”

“Good but could improve 1. Email about item being dispatched should go out earlier. I received email after I had phoned shop to see if item was in and then picked up item. 2. If a customer comes into one of your shops for a specific item and it is sold out, your staff could routinely suggest checking the web site. I visited two shops without the website being mentioned. It was only when I phoned one shop to see if the item was in stock that the assistant suggested I look on the website. I didnt know you had one. It worked for me.”

“Spoke to some members of staff over the phone about a pair of F5 Messi soccer boots that were out of stock on the website, the girl i spoke to on the phone was incredibly helpful and found a pair in another store, i didn't have the funds available in my account at the time, so asked if she could reserve them two days later i called back, and they were reserved and i made the order over the phone, i now have the shoes, and am extremely satisfied. The telephone staff were a pleasure to talk to, an easy 10/10 for service.”

“I ordered a pair of trainers 'Best for Walking' online. Two days later they arrived, and the delivery man left them exactly where I had asked for the package to be left. The trainers are perfect - so comfortable and light, and just what I wanted. I love them, and have worn them every day since they arrived. Excellent service, and I would thoroughly recommend Tony Pryce Sport.”
