Like many others I feel completely ripped off. Size 10 gilet absolutely huge with faulty zip. Portal will not accept my order number and no response from any of my emails. Shocking service. Definitely won’t be buying from them again.

RETURNS SERVICE A JOKE AND HOW YOU GET AWAY WITH CHARGING PEOPLE £2.50 FOR EVERY RETURN IS AN INSULT.
YOU CLEARLY ARE NOT SIZING CORRECTLY SO THAT MOST PROPLE HAVE TO RETURN, THEN YOU'RE GAINING £2.50 EVERYTIME. MY SIZE 12 ITEM WAS AKIN TO A 16!!!

I ordered a jac jossa Broderie halter neck dress in a size 18, it fitted like a sack and was massive,clearly a size 22! Contacted them on chat and Kelly, said it’s not faulty and when I return it they will charge me £2:50!!! Disgusting and will never order again and will pass on this to friends, terrible service from in the style! And the chat agent, Kelly, was sarcastic to me! No customer service skills whatsoever.

A very shocking company to order from, when you place an order and pay for next day for it not to arrive you then go onto live chat to find out where it’s is to then be told you have to wait another 2 days even though you have already been waiting for 3 days for the items to arrive, the customer service is also shocking as they will not help when you ask for a refund apart from tell you to go on chat again in 2 days, I will never order from here again as they will not deliver your items or give you a refund but will take your money from your bank quick enough.

Awful company and service. They never reply to emails or messages. They spend a fortune doing social media content and collaborations but do not invest in Customer Service at all. Wished I had googled reviews of InTheStyle before placing a order.

Poor quality, missing stitching (leaves) from one of the roses on the front of my jumper so looks very out of place and just odd!! Every email and Instagram message has been ignored.
Shocking customer service and shocking quality control on their products.
The prices aren't justified against the quality, no response anywhere if you have an issue with their products.
