"I ordered a dress on Monday the 31st of May. First time using the site. When I ordered and selected my size it said the item was in stock (in that particular size) and when I went through checkout they gave me the option of Next day delivery for an extra \u00a35.99 fee. I needed the dress for an event on the 5th June and this was the reason I ordered as it said I could have next working day delivery. Now this was bank holiday Monday so I assumed my item would be dispatched on the following day and I would receive it on the Wednesday, still plenty of time for my event on Saturday considering I had paid an extra fee for next working day delivery, but Wednesday and Thursday came without even a notification or email and when I checked my account it said my order status was \u2018processing\u2019 so I emailed asking if my order would be dispatched that day on the Thursday as I had paid for next day delivery and I was met with an automated email saying someone would get back to me within 48 hours. During this time I received another generic email stating that there were delays on some items coming into their warehouse and they apologised and said they would get the items out as quickly as possible. I also received another email from a customer service agent stating they were experiencing transportation issues meaning there was a delay in items coming into their warehouse. I replied asking if I would receive a refund for the \u00a35.99 I paid for express next day delivery and again I received a generic email saying someone would get back to me in 48 hours. My event came and went on the Saturday and I still hadn\u2019t heard anything about the dress. Then on Sunday 6th of May I received another email from a customer service agent telling me that the reason my order hasn\u2019t been dispatched is because I ordered a pre order item which is completely untrue. The item stated it was \u2018in stock\u2019 when I ordered and it offered me next working day delivery so why would it have been a pre order item, plus also she completely contradicted what the previous email had stated! So one minute I\u2019m ordering an \u2018in stock\u2019 item, paid for next day delivery and then I\u2019m being told sorry there\u2019s a delay and then it\u2019s apparently because I ordered a pre order item?! Plus they completely ignored my request for a refund for \u2018next day delivery\u2019 considering I paid for a service I didn\u2019t receive. It\u2019s now the 8th of June and I\u2019m still none the wiser as to when I\u2019m receiving my item."

“I Just wanted to warn everybody about buying clothes off of these ads on Facebook. Specifically “The Instyle“ I ordered 3 items. A brown stonewashed hoodie sweatshirt, a pair of light blue Jean stonewashed color overalls with flowers on them and a pair of capris with really cool patchwork on them. I paid $90! I did not receive ANYTHING I ordered and they refused to refund me! They expect me to send them the WRONG product back at my expense. The items they sent me were all wrong ! They’re not even close to resembling what I ordered! In order to be reimbursed a partial reimbursement! Not even offered full refund. I would have to pay the shipping back to them for product I did not order! Seems to me if they sent me something completely different than what I ordered, I would not be responsible for paying for shipping to send it back to them! As you can see the rock “sweatshirt” is the only thing I got that resembled my order! the rock stone washed sweatshirt ended up being a plain brown T-shirt. The next item I ordered were a pair of light blue Jean stonewashed overalls with flowers on them. What I received was a dark blue denim plain overall capris With that ugly cheap dark jean material. They look like something somebody made at home on their sewing machine with fabric from Michael’s. They look nothing like what I ordered! The 3rd item was a pair of capris with really cool patchwork on them. what I actually received was a pair of grey granny pants. I have put in a dispute with my bank. Hopefully they can get my money back for me! Lesson learned! Don’t order from these ads! Also, when I contacted their “Customer Service“ department, all I got was an automated message offering me different amounts back and a 10% off of my next order Incentive. Like I would EVER order from them again! These people are a scam! They should be prosecuted and thrown in jail for what they’re doing!”

“Do not or3from this company! I can not believe they are still able to sell anything! Everything in my order was atrocious. I was supposed to get a leather jacket, they sent some kind of grandmas nightgown then said they would refund me 30$ but the jacket was almost 100 and they are acting like they wont send me the jacket now. All i wanted is what i ordered and they cant even do that. Worst online experience ever so please save yourself the trouble and do not order from this retched company. You will be disappointed guaranteed! Also there fabrics are so cheap wallmart makes them look like getting clothes from a dumpster! Heck dumpster clothes are better than their quality. “Really poor quality. I’ve washed a pj top with black writing on the front once and it’s faded. I brought another set and the top barely covers my chest but the bottoms are fine. I wouldn’t buy from these again”

“I ordered some shorts that were on preorder and took over a month to arrive, I wanted to return but their returns said I could as it was over the time allowed but it was them that took so long to send to me. I have contacted 3 times and no reply so no shorts and no refund. Terrible service. Do not know where to go from here.”

“Absolutely atrocious experience. Items never received, refuse to issue a refund. Will never use again and will tell everyone to avoid at all costs. Customer services take a week to reply and when they do they are beyond rude.”

“Do not buy from this company!!!! Had lost orders, wrong order sent. Returned a pair of pyjamas & not received my refund even tho I had an email two weeks ago to say they had received it. Operators are rude & couldn’t care less!!!”

“First time ordering from Inthestyle. I had my eye on Jacqueline Jossa peach pyjama set. I saw they were half price and ordered (no way was I spending £22 on the set when I wasn't certain about quality). So glad I didn't spend full price. They're comfy and look nice. But oh my word they're thin! So so thin. I'm due to go away with friends at the end of the year and beginning of next and was planning to take these. No way! I liked the look of other things but now I'll avoid after the pyjamas and seeing the other comments!”

“Missing belt off a dressing gown I ordered. Emailed. 17 days later I received a response asking me to send them photographic evidence that the belt eas missing! Terrible customer service. Will not be reordering or recommending them.”

“Avoid. My daughter brought some clothes and had to return them as they were poor quality. Almost a month later and no refund and no responses to emails or FB messages. It’s disgusting they lure people in with celebrity endorsements and don’t refund in line with their own policies. How these celebrities can sleep at night promoting such a company is beyond me. Awful company.”

“Terrible products and terrible service. Very poor quality items - cheap, nasty fabrics and colours which don't match in supposedly matching sets. Returned the items almost two weeks ago and contacted customer services multiple times but no response and still no refund either. AVOID!!”

“Ordered and paid for a top, delivered to wrong house picture shown is not my house, such hard work trying to resolve, still no top and they still have my money. Not happy. Customer service not helping me. Shame as there are lots of clothes I’d like to but but been put right off now. Suggest U avoid, looking at these reviews they don’t help if there is a problem”

“Made an order with in the style. They sent my a shipment order 3 days later which was missing items from my original order yet still charged me for the full order. When the part of the order was sent there were items missing. I emailed there customer service. Waited 72hrs as they requested in their auto reply. Nothing. I’ve since sent 3 other emails with no reply. I’ve even gone as far as to post comments on their Instagram posts and message them but still nothing. I’ve been left with no choice other than to return the part of the order that arrived (which is a £2.50 fee) and contact my bank for them to start an investigation against them to get my money back! Won’t be buying from here again which is a shame as I liked the collaborations they did.”

“1 star because I cannot put 0! Ordered 3 items, a dress 3X, a tshirt 3X and a back bag and received nothing after Two months! But they sure charged me $78.97 USD for it! Finally I received a grey medium tshirt, not what I oredered at all!!!!!! After many emails, they are asking me to keep the wrong item and pay for it minus a $10 refund🤬 Now I am trying to get a full refund but not sure I will ever receive anything from them. It comes from China, no phone number to reach them. Big fraud company! The web site should be closed! I will never order from a site on Facebook again, never!”
