Horrible company. I’ve spent easily over 2 grand in towing and “lockout fees” None of which are my fault. They purposely install faulty devices and my car is “locked out” more often than not. It recently totaled my entire electrical system, and they’re still charging me. Worst mistake ever, don’t waste your money with this company. They refuse to credit my account or even acknowledge that they have essentially totaled my car. Customer support is non existent, you get routed to India and they barely comprehend what you’re saying. Also they charge you every week instead of every month as advertised.

I blow in it them it tells me to start the truck. I wait for the timer and turn the key and nothing happens. This happens all the time . I’ve noticed how bad my wiring is cut up from the installation and now it has fried the computer on top of my battery . It’s been nothing but issues since it was installed. I also have videos to prove it . I’d recommend you get any vehicle out of your name and serve the suspension. This thing is designed to suck your pockets dry and it causes electrical problems with your vehicle that will cost thousands !!!

I will tell you why people drink...Intoxalock is the reason! We have had to tow our car 4 times now due to a new battery that was replaced at BMW and the car is inoperable due to the Intoxalock system. 4 times! I do have a cheat code to get through to an AMERICAN to speak with...pick "English"...press 3 then 2 then 2...sure you will get to speak with an Indian somewhere in the world, but then you press to speak to someone that you "can understand"...had worked everytime. At least now we we get bad news, I can understand what they are saying. Intoxalock is a rip off

I can’t get a hold of someone in non vehicle dept! I have been trying to call and just put on hold and I leave a number to have someone call me back but no one is calling me! My son cannot get his liscense back and I can’t reach anyone in this dept! So frustrating! Please I need someone to call me back!!

If I could rate it lower I would. The helpful individual is a supervisor named Branden. Nobody wants to help you. Just wanna charge $ and talk down or at me.

Everytime you turn around 70$ lock out. 150$ Tow. They say 40$ a month get real. You try to tell them. Nope call Center in another country. It doesn't matter if you just drink here and there you get 1 dui your entire life end up with intoxalock They will make sure they steal as much money from each person They possibly can.

I can't hear it beep. So i miss the rolling retest. They don't hqve any help for someone hearing impared. And don't care. They already have robbed me out of call this money. Now om locked out. And they say to go to the service center. But they have no answer to exactly how am I supposed to get there. Their piece of junk has my truck locked out

No customer service. The company holds your car and license hostage for money. My girlfriend completed her term of service and the company ignored sending a certificate of completion so she couldn’t get the device removed. It is criminal.

After the tons and paying tons of extra money I shouldn't. They gave me some refund plus without my work vehicle waiting on another device out of work. Since the refund. My new device has went into a second lockout today because I walked away from vehicle for a second. They take 50$ of your money each time. So there goes 100$ more for 2 lockouts for absolutely no Fing reason. You call no one speaks English. It's definitely a $ scam. You pay for tows. 50$ for Intoxalock for lockout 20$ to get it recalibrated. It's definitely to steal money from people.

I will keep writing reviews about how much I hate Intoxalock until I get rid of this stupid blower. A whole lockout is $75!!!! I was late on a blow but still gave me the option to blow and it was supposedly late?! To just get the clear that my blow went through, no alcohol or nothing! Wow they love to take your money for no reason! Please go with another option guys. I’ve regretted Intoxalock since I got in installed.I work too hard to throw $75 down the drain. I also asked to speak to a supervisor and was rejected that option

I highly advise anyone who has to adhere to a breathalyzer; BEWARE of Intoxalock! I was stuck with this company for 28 months. 16 months past my original end date! This was the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered consistently over a 28 month period! Had I not contacted the Tennessee Dept of Safety I may still be forcefully bonded to a consecutive 120 day extension! Intoxalock only cares about one thing and one thing only, YOUR NEXT PAYMENT! I strongly advise against using Intoxalock! Strongly ADVICE!!!

This company lies about everything. Started at installation was quoted wrong price and ended with removing it was quoted one price charged a higher price. Customer care is in the US when they sell it to you and then once it's yours all customer care is in India. Worst company I have ever dealt with!

Rude customer service, defective products and told the problem is me, charge additional fees for defective equipment. No callbacks from two complaints filed. I have to do all of the research for them and unwilling to assist.

I'm over the scam my car was working perfectly fine before getting this device then my it read lock out the device error then dash flicked on and off then went back to the service center they say it's not the machine the car would start at school after passing test bought new key and fob battery starter alternator belt positive battery terminal and they want me to continue to take my car to these people the problem is they believe these shops and the shops are ripping people off and expect people to know no better so they can keep bringing there car back to there shops numerous lock outs customer service reps you can't understand and are rude thinking their right and what ever happened to the customers always right this is highway robbery I am seeking a attorney

On 4/13/2024 I called to report that while I was getting my vehicle serviced, the technician caused me to have a lockout. I called Intoxalock and provided them with the information. The representative I spoke to told myself and the manager that the fee would be waived, but next time be sure to use the maintenance button through the app. I received a notification via email on 4/25/2024 that the amount coming out of my account was exuberantly high and checked only to find the lock out charge I was promised would be waived. When I called and spoke with the representative “Andy”, he said that the fee would not be removed because the maintenance was reported after the lockout happened. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, “Andy” said there were no supervisors I could speak to. If there was a supervisor, the supervisor would tell me the same thing. When I remained on the line, it went from there were no supervisors to there were no supervisors available as they were helping other customers. When I stated that my call was just as important, I was then told that he was not allowed to hold up the line and I would need to call back tomorrow. The supervisor would tell me the same thing he did. When I was persistent to speak with a supervisor and “Andy” said he was transferring my call to a supervisor, he sent me to the customer service survey at the end of a call which hangs up the call after the survey is completed. This is ridiculous. And when I signed up with Intoxalock, I was told the machine would only need to be calibrated every two months. On the fourth month, I was then told the company changed the rules with no email to the customers to then have their device calibrated every SINGLE month.

This is the absolute worst company. They steal from your account even if you have in your lease agreement that you do not want automatic withdrawal. They took a double payment told me to stop one payment at the bank that cost me money then charges me $129.00 for stopping the payment, they said I could go up to 5 days prior to my recalibration date to have it recalibrate then charged me 27.00. I have had to buy 3 new batteries, new ignition, and then a starter. My dash lights quit working, my tail lights quit working, and when I would have to call in to jump mu battery I was charged $50.00. I had the device removed and they continued to charge me n won't refund the money even though they know it was removed n the service center verified everything and the equipment was due to be delivered the next day. And again in my lease agreement I did not approve of automatic withdrawal and they did it anyway w no way for me to cancel it except cancel my card.... ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY. DO NOT USE THEM.
