“good for email info and speedy too however I wanted to speak to a person and no one ever answered or returned my calls despite asking. Also spent ages choosing a mask to then find it was out of stock. maybe your system could illustrate this before letting people down, you lose nothing in being honest. plus if your system said available in 2-3 days I wouldn't have ordered it from someone else however yet again no one answered the phone so what can I say. apart from that, good”

We have a freephone number on 0800 024 8050 to make it easy and free for people to call us, and we always return calls when requested - it is something we pride ourselves on. Hello Mr Ko, we are sorry we feel this way. We made three attempts at delivering your parcel and each time you did not accept the delivery, or subsequently collect the item from the depot. As no alternative address could be provided, we provided a full refund despite the multiple postage charges we incurred. Hello Shola, we do make clear on the battery listings that the cable for each CPAP machine must be bought separately, as each machine has a unique cable. While we do provide the majority of these cables, unfortunately ResMed cables can only be bought from them directly because they refuse to allow resellers of their equipment. This is down to ResMed rather than ourselves, and therefore we cannot provide that cable currently. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. Regards, Intus Healthcare
