“Emily Henderson has provided excelent service, keeping me upto date with the progress of the order, ensuring it was delivered when agreed and then making sure the cushion replacement for the incorrect size i ordered was sent to my work address as i couldnt arrange another day off for the delivery. “I wished to replace my face mask with another of the same - the Sleep Weaver which I have found difficult to source. Even America failed to return my calls! This is the best/ most comfortable mask I have ever used; but then EU-PAP UK popped up onto the radar and bingo, there it was. Not only in stock but cheaper than previously paid! I ordered it, it arrived 2 days later beautifully packaged at no postal cost. What more can you ask?”

“I ordered a CPAP machine with some accessories and was very impressed with the service and professional advice. I emailed them a couple of questions and got a detailed reply the next morning.
