The service has been excellent, I ordered the wrong size mask originally and I was given loads of advice on sizing and the swap out was handled extremely quickly and efficiently. I would like to thank Kelly Ash for all her help and advice, she is a credit to the company. I wouldn't hesitate to order from this company again. Victoria Howkins

A very efficient provenders of CPAP and associated equipment and accessories. Once order is instigated and queries eliminated (!), dispatch and delivery are swift and excellent as is the packaging. Albeit a company with a monopolistic share of the industry and prices which reflect this, I can but recommend it highly.

Traveling overseas from the US with a APAP machine is challenging enough. But when it fails on the first day of a 17 day trip that is really challenging. Intus and EU-pap.com were brilliant in working w me to get the proper paperwork and delivery information in place to allow overnight delivery of replacement equipment. Great service, which btw is a repeat service where a similar problem happened in France and a replacement unit made it to me overnight. Could not be happier.

When I called to inquire about the Pacer Ultra Powerpack I knew I was speaking to a very knowledgeable person. I was given all the facts that I needed about using it with my CPAP machine. I did not get the name of the person I was speaking to, but she is an asset to your company. I have now put the details of intusHEALTHCARE into my contacts and will definitely use them again.

This is the first time I have used INTUS HEALTHCARE. An ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT service. They could not have been more helpful especially when I had a faulty product (which was NOT their fault, but the manufacturer) and INTUS sent me a new replacement very quickly. Their communication with customers is EXCELLENT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Company and will certainly buy from them again

I spent an afternoon and then the whole next morning trying to buy a replacement CPAP machine which had been lost en route. The call center staff were professional and polite but we went round in circles. Credit card /PayPal and eventually bank transfer. Many of your clients must be elderly and being directed to the website for bank transfer details is not helpful. How can it be so hard to buy something? We were on holiday and had no CPAP machine hence delivery next day was important. It never happened. I got a letter of apology thank you. Whole trip was exhausting but sourcing a CPAP machine whilst exhausted is no fun.
