“They provide a useful product that is not available elsewhere and deliver very quickly.. Unfortunately they take advantage of this by charging 86p for a relatively small piece of cotton, which can only be used once. Considering this product is likely to be required by people with health issues, retired etc. with probably lower incomes it could be exploiting the situation.”
