“Bougth a battery to C.PAP...and I thougt it was ver hard to find out how to get the right stuff, even thou I mailed you. I should use cable 2 to my C-PAP unit. Cant´t understand why you not have chart for which AC cable to choose from on the same order side as the battery.....I´didnt understand that I had to order the cable seperatly and I should pay extra for the right cable.....so now when i opened my package I could understand the princip, So now I have to make a new order to make my unit work. ////”

“Good value at introductory price of £124.99 Product delivered quickly. Charger was faulty on arrival and a replacement sent immediately. Battery is compact and relatively light. Comes with a neoprene soft shell case that can take the battery and the cigarette lighter socket, but not big enough to take the mains charger. Battery Performance: - Stated: DeVilbiss SleepCube AutoAdjust Plus @ 15cmH2O = 10.5 hrs - Actual on first use = 7.5 hrs”

“Whilst your service is second to none I must again protest about your pricing. I see the mask liners have gone up another 5 pounds which I think is disgraceful. I think I must try and find another supplier as I cannot keep meeting these increases. Hazel Hunt”

Hello Hazel, thank you for your review and we completely understand your concerns and they are shared by us. The manufacturer of this product decided to stop supplying companies like ours directly and instead we now have to go through a distributor. As a result our costs have gone up dramatically. We are trying to go back to a direct relationship if we possibly can to get the price of this item back down but it isn't looking promising as it stands.
